When the uniformity (Uo) is < 0.4 (minimum) occupants experience shadows and contrasts, feeling uncomfortable and have difficulty recognizing faces.

Glare

When unified glare rating (UGR) of luminaire is >28 (maximum) occupants experience the lighting as uncomfortable and blinding.
