Light uniformity

When the uniformity (Uo) is  < 0.4 (minimum) occupants experience shadows and contrasts, feeling uncomfortable and have difficulty recognizing faces.

Glare

When unified glare rating (UGR) of luminaire is >22 (maximum), occupants experience lighting as uncomfortable. This can cause eyestrain.
