  1. Unified Glare Rate UGR ≤ 25
  2. Light Uniformity Uo = 0.4
  3. Color rendering Ra ≥ 80

When the uniformity is < 0.4 occupants will experience shadows and contrasts in the space. The shadows can be disturbing when searching through the archives.

Because no light is installed between the racks, vertical illuminance is low. It is difficult to read the text on the boxes.
