Presence detector LRM1011 placement

  • Do not position close to air ventilation, curtains or heating outlet, as air flow can trigger motion sensor
  • Do not position too close to a door, as sensor might detect motion outside when door open
  • Extend sensor hold time In case lights switch off annoyingly whenever users are seated without moving
  • When positioning sensor, keep in mind it detects motions best when right in front of it (90 degrees)

Recommended for optimal energy saving:

3 separate groups of luminaires , each connected with 2 sensors. Each group will react separately on movement.
