Check the luminaire specification:

  1. Unified glare rate UGR ≤ 19
  2. Color rendering Ra ≥ 80

Light uniformity

When light uniformity (Uo) at task area is < 0.6 (minimum), occupants experience shadows and contrasts which can be disturbing during work

Glare

When unified glare rating (UGR) of luminaire is >19 (maximum), occupants experience lighting as uncomfortable. This can cause eyestrain.
